Terms & Refunds

The service

DesignYum is a design subscription. For $749 per month (USD), you can send unlimited design requests. We work on one request at a time and deliver files digitally.

Billing

You are billed every month on the day you signed up, through Stripe, until you cancel.

Pausing

Pause anytime from your billing page (sign in with the email you subscribed with), or email hello@designyum.com. Billing stops until you resume, and unused days in your current month are saved for when you return. To resume, use the same page or email hello@designyum.com.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your billing page or by emailing hello@designyum.com. You keep service until the end of your paid month. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for work already delivered. If we have not delivered any work in your first month, email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

What's not included

Video, 3D, animation, and large print jobs (books, magazines). Printing and ad spend are not included.

Ownership

You own the final designs once they are delivered and paid for. We may show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
